General Information and Spa Etiquette

Check-In
By arriving 15 minutes early, you’ll be able to relax, unwind and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service time. You will be charged for your scheduled service as booked. As SandCille is not responsible for valuable possessions or personal belongings, you might want to consider leaving these items at home. Please remember to turn off cell phones and pagers for the relaxation of all our guests.

• · All prices are subject to change without notice.
• · Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are graciously accepted.
• · Cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard are gladly accepted. There will be a $25.00 minimum fee for all returned checks.
• · Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• · Special Events Coordinator available upon request.

Spa Hours
The Spa is open Tuesday through Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 2 pm. (Times may vary by season)

Cancellation Policy
Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask if you need to cancel or reschedule, please call SandCille @ (814) 456-7400 in advance. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Policy requires us to take credit card information to reserve multiple appointments. Multiple appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If no notice is given or client fails to appear for appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled services to your credit card.

Returns / Exchanges
Unused retail purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Gift Certificates
Lavish SandCille on someone else! Spa Gift Certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion or thank you gift. Certificates can be purchased for services, items, or a specific Sand “dollar” amount. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable and cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from date of purchase. For your convenience, on-line, telephone and mail orders are available.
