Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At SandCille Spa, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a relaxing and personalized experience. to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests and respect the time of our service technicians, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
A valid Credit Card is required to reserve all appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge.
Missed appointments (No-shows) will incur 100% of the scheduled service charge.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
